Terms of Use
Last updated: 5 June 2026
By downloading or using Soon, you agree to these terms. Soon is provided by SIA "Miglai", a limited liability company registered in Latvia, registration number 40203733943 (“we”). Full company details are in our Legal Notice. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Soon on Apple devices you own or control, in line with the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies to this app.
Soon Premium subscription
- Soon is free to use. Soon Premium is an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks unlimited countdowns, photo backgrounds, premium themes, and watermark-free sharing.
- Plans: Weekly and Annual, each with an introductory free trial where offered. Exact prices are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel anytime in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period remains active until it ends.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
Acceptable use
Use Soon for your own personal countdowns. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app, and don't use it for anything unlawful.
Your content
Countdowns and photos you add stay on your device and remain yours. You're responsible for the content you choose to add and share.
No warranty
Soon is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep day counts accurate, but we don't guarantee the app is error-free or always available.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIA "Miglai" is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Soon.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia and, where applicable, the European Union, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Latvia have jurisdiction over any dispute — except that, if you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings there. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
